This 1979 Volkswagen T2 features a Riviera camper conversion and a recently refurbished camper interior. Power is supplied by a 2.0-litre flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The car, which was originally sold new in California, is finished in brown over beige and features a pop-top with a yellow tent, a burner stove, a sink, refrigerator, folding table, bed, TV, two 220 volt plugs and cabinets. It was shipped to Europe before being acquired by the seller in 2016. This Volkswagen camper is now being offered with documents and Belgian Car Pass.
The recently refurbished interior features saddle brown front seats and a camper setup in the rear compartment with wood paneling, a bench seat and upholstered in brown leather and cloth, refrigerator, a burner stove, sink, fold-away table, TV, two 220 volt plugs, multiple cabinets, curtains and interior lights. A wood flooring has been added. Access to the pop top is via an opening in the ceiling.

The Riviera kit consists of a fibreglass top, which raises vertically on scissor lifts and features a yellow tent. This example comes with a new side tent and a trunk bike rack and a satellite dish.
The steel wheels are painted in beige and wear chrome hubcaps. They’re wrapped in narrow white wall tires measuring 195/75 14. This van is powered by an air-cooled 2.0-litre flat-four producing 70 horsepower when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
